Organic
Farm Management All our
organic farms are located in ecologicalally well
preserved and well planted areas, free of
pollution sources and under the rigid management
referring to EC2092/91 EU standards and NOP
requirements. |
1£®Location of Organic
Farms Our
organic farms are located in a sound ecological
environment, far away from urban areas,
industrial and mining area, trafficking mains,
industrial pollution sources and household
refuse dumps. Clean earth, water supply and air
guarantee the reliability and purity of our
products. |

2£®Layout of
Organic Farms For those
organic farms chosen or to-be-converted, we
adapt and plan out according to local
conditions. Firstly, we carry out primary survey
on these farms to understand agricultural
production, climatic conditions, resources and
socioeconomic conditions as well and to pinpoint
any issue we probably encounter. Secondly, by
knowing about the basic local information, we
work out the programs of production and
management so as to pertinently maintain soil
fertility and to reduce incidence of pest, and
finally formulate a
strict whole-course quality
control system. |
| |
|
3£®Quality
Management Each of our
organic farms has set up an internal quality
management Dept to guide and supervise the
implementation of production plans, set up
filing system. In the course of production,
harvest, storage and delivery, we have taken
complete measures for isolation, kept
independent and complete records to effectively
trace each link and to prevent from the
intermixture of organic and conventional
products or organic and converted ones.

4£®Field
Management 1) It is
prohibited to use genetically modified seeds in
our farms. 2) In the course of production,
we only operate according to organic criterions.
either fully overrotten farmyard manure or
approved organic biofertilizer will be applied
and no chemical substances such as chemical
fertilizer, chemical insecticide, growth hormone
and various additives can be used. 3) We
strictly control any potential pollution
sources. The irrigation and drainage systems of
our organic lands are equipped with
high-efficient enclosures to prevent the lands
from water pervasion overflow. 4) For the
prevention of pests and plant diseases,we mostly
adopt agronomic practice£¬ biological,ecological
and physical measures. For example, we will
plant the varieties sturdy, resistant to insects
and free from chemical treatment. We reinforce
the management on cultivation, weeding, thermic
sterilization for soil, field cleaning, crop
rotation and intercroping etc. |
